Siena is phase 22 of Silver Oak, off of Silver Oak Drive near Carson-Tahoe Hospital. Many lots are already reserved and construction of these beautiful Semi-Custom Premier Homes will begin early 2018. The average lot size is about 10,000 SF. PHASE 23 COMING 2019, no information available
Pricing available on lots only, as these are semi-custom homes. We have examples of plans previously built in Silver Oak by Ridgeline Development. We ask what approximate size home you are seeking; what features are a must and then show you a variety of plans. You can work with Ridgeline Development to create the home of your dreams and make modifications to a floor plan. Just keep in mind, more modifications could cost time and money.
An estimated price per square foot is about $185 give or take, depending on features and finishes. This does not include the price of the lot. Most standard features include hardwood flooring in the living areas, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, large laundry rooms with sink, finished garages, etc.
Construction would not begin until early 2018. This is if you have chosen a plan, made the necessary changes, builder and buyer have approved the plan, signed a contract and permit has been submitted. Completion could take anywhere from 8-12 months.
