Pricing available on lots only, as these are semi-custom homes. We have examples of plans previously built in Silver Oak by Ridgeline Development. We ask what approximate size home you are seeking; what features are a must and then show you a variety of plans. You can work with Ridgeline Development to create the home of your dreams and make modifications to a floor plan.
Completion could take anywhere from 9-12 months. Prices are expected to start in the low to mid $500,000’s. Reservation requires Reservation Agreement and Deposit of $5,000. Builder requires minimum 50% of the cost of the lot as a down payment prior to permit. Lot prices depend on location and size and range from $110,000 to $170,000.
