Expected release dates are subject to change. Builder selects the plans, lot, and all or most structural upgrades. Most buyers will choose flooring, tile, and countertops. We do have a long waitlist for all golf course lots and will release to registrations on a first come first serve basis.

Lots 32-41 (Red Leaf) 2022
Prices on homes will not be released until builder is ready to accept reservations. We expect to range from the low $700,000’s to the over $950,000 on some Golf course lots. These numbers are subject to change and may or may not include lot premiums.
Reservations must have proof of funds or a pre-qualification from HomeTown Lenders in Reno. https://chrispetersen.htlenders.com/Please reference “Red Leaf” when asked who you were referred by. Lender is Chris Petersen. We cannot take a reservation until homes are released. We don’t need pre-qualification until we contact you to reserve. There are incentives for buyers to use builder’s preferred lender.
The builder will take a sale contingency on a case-by-case basis. All upgrades must be approved by the builder. Timing for selling a home and building a home are difficult to coordinate. Many buyers do sell their home and rent back their current home or find temporary housing. Closing timeline on the new home will vary based on construction start.
Phase 24; The Reserve at Siena coming soon! Ridgeline has started foundations in phase 24 off Silver Oak Drive and expect to have more information later this year with product Spring/Summer 2022. This phase is expected to be gated patio homes (small lots). No RV options and limited golf course homes at approximately 1800 SF.
