Expected release dates are subject to change. Builder selects the plans, lot and structural upgrades. We do have a long waitlist and will release to registrations on a first come first serve basis. This email means that you have registered. We currently have 150 people on the list and 31 homes left. We are releasing on first come first serve as buyers were registered. We cannot take a reservation until lots are released. Builder will only be releasing 1-3 lots at a time and at various stages of construction.

Anticipated pricing can range from the high $600’s to the high $700’s with golf course lot premiums possibly ranging from $40,000 to $80,000. Non-golf course lots will have premiums also. Some of the larger lots on Bluebird could have premiums up to $45,000. These numbers are subject to change.

The builder will take a sale contingency for 90 days from contract date. All upgrades must be approved by the builder. Timing for selling a home and building a home are difficult to coordinate. Many buyers do sell their home and rent back their current home or find temporary housing.
Agents: Clients must be registered PRIOR to the buyer contacting RCM to receive commission or referral fee for homes in Silver Oak, Jackson Village, Genoa Springs and Mills Landing.
